INDENTRO Framework
Written by Moses Silbiger, M.A.

INDENTRO Framework is:
- An integral framework based on the AQAL Model (Wilber, 2000), developed by Moses Silbiger, M.A. (integral coach & consultant) as a result of his IMP academic research.
- A meta approach that that also includes two complementary frameworks based on the AQAL Model: Integral Life Practice (ILP) and Integral Play.
- An abbreviation of Integral-Developmental Trojan Horse (INDENTRO) video game design framework, which contains a theoretical and practical framework aimed towards providing a clearer, deeper and more comprehensive exploration of different AQAL perspectives and their complementary relationship to the overall process of human development in video game design.
- An unprecedented video game design framework that intentionally incorporates subtle and underlying developmental practices into the game play by making use of a "Trojan Horse Approach".
- A developmental framework that can help game designers to create more focused, skillful and effective integral-developmental video games.
- A framework that uses the power of video games for catalyzing deeper layers of human development, integration and transformation.
The fact that video games have been already promoting growth in different lines of intelligence is in itself remarkable.

However, by observing through my research how random, indirect, collateral, narrow, or fragmented different aspects of human development tend to happen by playing existent video games (in terms of various lines of intelligence and other aspects of AQAL), I realized the fundamental importance of assessing and categorizing them into a more integrated and complementary approach for designing video games that can be purposefully transformative. Hence, I proposed the INDENTRO framework. |
Based on the INDENTRO Framework, both parents, gamers, coaches, guides, counselors, teachers, leaders (and even whole organizations and institutions) would also have a clearer and better sense of the best ways to use those video games for their various developmental goals and aspirations.
This approach can provide broader and deeper outcomes than existent education and training based on cognitive-behavioral, biological, cultural and social aspects.
